How to send sensitive personal information:
Message Center is a secure e-mail service that USECU members may use to send personal information or questions directly to specific USECU groups. The information you send will be protected by the same high level of security that secures your account information on Home Banking.
How to send a message:
- Log into Home Banking
- Click "Messages"
- Click on “Compose Message”
- Select the account and subject.
- Type your message and "Send"
We will respond to your message within one business day.
