(Automated telephone line)
FEDS Audio Response System is an automated system that enables you to transact various transactions using your telephone.
Simply call 312.922.5310.
FEDS also provides account information in Spanish!
Member Number
When prompted, enter your MEMBER NUMBER followed by the pound sign (#). If you are obtaining your member number from the
bottom of your checks/share drafts, drop the last digit.
Access Code
Enter your ACCESS CODE (4-8 digits) followed by the pound sign (#). This is your personal code to access your account information.
There is an option available to change your access code.
Account Number
Most accounts are easily accessed by following the voice prompts. If the voice prompt does not list your particular account
refer to the chart below for ACCOUNT NUMBER EXAMPLES. Please keep in mind that ACCOUNT NUMBERS do not exceed three digits.
